Suzanne is the Director of Clinical and Dementia Care at KYN. Her experience spans over 40 years of supporting older people, particularly those living with dementia. Her practical, compassionate approach has been shaped by her work with people living with long term conditions and dementia, as well as her own experience of caring for her parents at home and supporting their transition into a care home.
As the strategic lead for KYN’s clinical governance, nursing, allied health and dementia specialist care, Suzanne takes a hands-on approach to supporting teams in delivering high standards of care, with residents’ wellbeing, comfort and dignity always in mind. She brings clarity and honesty to conversations around dementia and care, helping make these topics feel easier to navigate.
